Born in Rome, Marco Riggio grew up between Italy, Germany and England. After a not-so-brief stint studying electrical engineering in Rome, he graduated in Media Design and Multimedia Arts at NABA (Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti) Milan. Post-graduation, he focused mainly on screenwriting and, after winning a scholarship, studied screenwriting
in Cuba at the EICTV of San Antonio de Los Baños. He has a passion for both digital and tabletop games and game design. In 2020 he reached the finals of the Solinas Prize for documentaries and collaborated with Robert Mitas on the short film "22 Seconds".
Born and raised in Rome, Alessandro Coia graduated from the AUR (American University of Rome) in Film and Digital Media. He works as a freelance writer, editor, and script supervisor on independent projects. Author and director of many shorts, among which "Poiesis" and "Apotheosis", which won a place in the semifinals of the Manhattan Short Film Festival of 2017. Since 2018 he is a script reader for the Italian distribution company Eagle Pictures, and in 2020 he collaborated with Robert Mitas on the short film “22 Seconds”. Extremely passionate about fantasy, horror, video games and wargaming, he also found a penchant for drawing and creature design from an early age.
Shortly after coming out of high school he started studying comics. During his studies, he discovers the world of digital illustration, and that's where the trouble began... he furrowed graphics tablets in a sea of pixels. After concluding his studies he started working for pen and paper role-playing games. After several work experiences, with a small group of friends, he begins plotting what will one day become I.P.A. Studio. Today the Studio known as Italian Prime Artists has taken a life of its own... and from here the story continues…
